This curly haired cutie's name is Isabel and as you can see she's well dressed for summer in...a summer dress. She didn't bother with underwear today and I totally agree, this petite girl doesn't need underwear...or clothes! She seems to agree with the latter as well as she takes off her dress as we can see this short girl's lovely body.
